About Me
Registered Psychotherapist
André Brown
I started Practical Psychotherapy because I believe therapy should do more than explain problems. It should help solve them. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), one of the most evidence-based and effective forms of therapy.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the business and corporate world. This experience gives me a unique perspective on the challenges many of my clients face: workplace stress, performance pressure, and the difficulty of balancing professional and personal life.
Clients describe me as easy to talk to, action-oriented, and directive. I value helpfulness, ethical practice, and results over good intentions. My goal is always to equip you with practical strategies you can apply in your daily life.
